Our Vision                                   


CYPRUS Bistro & Café is a chef-owned restaurant located in the historical downtown of Campbell.

Our menu represents a fusion of Mediterranean cuisines with a particular focus on Eastern Mediterranean: Greece, Turkey, Lebanon & Syria with additional influences from Southern Italy, France, Spain as well as Egypt. We believe that the cuisine of Cyprus is a quintessence of it – “an amalgam of flavors” which have interlaced for centuries.

We use only highest quality organic, natural, seasonal and local - whenever available – ingredients in combination with exotic and original herbs and spices. All our dishes are prepared from scratch and fresh to order.

Our mission is to re-define “casual fine dining”, create most relaxing yet refined environment with great attention to detail and fulfill the most demanding and challenging special requests you may have to ensure greatest dining experience.

We deeply care about the environmental sustainability and natural resources. Only recyclable packaging, biodegradable and environmentally-friendly detergents are used for cleaning purposes. We have installed a sophisticated water filtration system to provide our guests with the highest quality drinking water and  used the low VOC paint for the space improvement.

We serve dinner seven nights a week from 5:30 pm until 10:00 pm and lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11:30 am until 2:30 pm.

We are available for private parties and offer catering for special events.

We look forward to having you join us for a taste of ORGANIC MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE and extensive selection of ORGANIC and BIODYNAMIC WINES – all available by the GLASS. The corkage fee of $15 is waived on Sundays and Mondays.
